Easy Jam Lemonade

You don’t need some fancy syrup to make a satisfying summer lemonade. Any good jam will do! It is easy, cheap with guarantee to impress. 1 glas lemonade Ingredients Wie heißt das denn auf Deutsch? Banana Bread with Walnut

If you want to bake something easy, everyone’s favourite, with only 10 ingredients which also fits every occasions banana bread is always a good idea! I eat mine for breakfast, with my afternoon tea at my mum’s. 1 Loaf Ingredients Wie heißt das denn auf Deutsch? And grease and flour a loaf tin. Beat together butter and sugar until creamy. Mix in the crushed bananas, vanilla, sour cream and eggs. Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl then add them into the creamed mixture and combine well. Fold in the walnut and pour the mixture into the greased tin. Bake for 60 minutes.Let cool for one hour. Best Buttermilk Pancakes

For me Sundays are for the pancakes (after namastay in bed!). After years and years experimenting for the best pancakes ever, I think I have finally nailed it! You can eat them with icing sugar, maple syrup or blueberry (my favourite!). 4 Portions Ingredients Wie heißt das denn auf Deutsch? Add the buttermilk, butter and vanilla and mix well. Sieve the flour into another bowl. Mix in the sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Starbucks Challenge 3.0: Lemon Drizzle Cake

So girls and boys, the Starbucks challenge continues! After the first and second challenge well conquered, here comes the third!! This time I am making the lemon drizzle cake with only 7 ingredients! The challenge is to bake cakes sold by Starbucks with much less ingredients but more flavour! My first challenge was to bake a raspberry swirl pound cake. 1 Cake Ingredients Wie heißt das denn auf Deutsch? Slutty Pasta (Pasta alla Puttanesca)

Have you all seen “Eat Pray Love”? The scene of Julia Roberts eating tomatoes coated pasta in Italy gives me the urge of making this slutty pasta. The story behind the name, is because the prostitutes in Italy cooks their “guest” this pasta! 2 Portions Ingredients Wie heißt das denn auf Deutsch? Cooking Converter / Umrechnungstabelle 160 gr pasta olive oil 1 clove garlic 1 small onion 50 gr capers 100 gr black olives anchovies 300 gr tomatoes (can or fresh) salt and pepper parsley and parmesan for garnish Cook the pasta according to instructions until al dente. Save some pasta water while draining. Cook the garlic and onion on medium heat until fragrant. Add the anchovies, capers and olives. Cook for three minutes. Add the tomatoes and shimmer for 15 minutes. Fold in the cooked pasta. Add some pasta water if needed. Serve with parsley and parmesan. Guten Hunger!
