You don’t need some fancy syrup to make a satisfying summer lemonade. Any good jam will do! It is easy, cheap with guarantee to impress.
1 glas lemonade
300 ml sparkling water
1/2 – 1 tablespoon brown sugar (depends or how you like it)
1 tablespoon jam ( I used my homemade rhubarb nectarine and strawberry mint)
juice of 1/2 lemon
4-5 mint leaves
Cut the mint leaves. Squeeze the lemon juice into the glas. Mix in the mint leaves, jam and sugar. Pour in the water and mix the ingredients all together. Add some ice cubes or cool in the refrigerator.
