If you want to bake something easy, everyone’s favourite, with only 10 ingredients which also fits every occasions banana bread is always a good idea! I eat mine for breakfast, with my afternoon tea at my mum’s.
4 ripe bananas, crushed (use fork)
125 butter, softened
180 gr brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp sour cream
2 drops of vanilla extract
350 gr flour
5 gr baking soda
7 gr baking powder
pinch of salt
100 gr walnut, chopped into preferred size
Preheat the oven to 175 degree celsius / 350 F. And grease and flour a loaf tin.
Beat together butter and sugar until creamy. Mix in the crushed bananas, vanilla, sour cream and eggs.
Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl then add them into the creamed mixture and combine well. Fold in the walnut and pour the mixture into the greased tin.
Bake for 60 minutes.Let cool for one hour.
