Dinner in Hamburg: Dulf’s Burger*

It is getting colder and colder in Germany. You are not exactly looking forward to eating outside. Dulf’s Burger is located in Winterhude, one of my favorite district in Hamburg. I love walking and eating outside here in the summer, drinking cold ice tea and mojitos…. Oh God, do I miss summer!

But yo, this burger was so worth it, I didn’t even realise I was outside. Seriously.

We ordered a BEER battered onion rings with dips. I tried all the homemade dips available (smiley face). Liked all of them, loved the wasabi mayo, dulf’s mayo and truffle mayo.

They have twelve burger you can choose from. You can assemble your burger as you like it though. They have three different buns and many many toppings.

I went for the famous farmer burger (with coleslaw, home marinated bacon (!!), cheese and eggs) with sweet potato fries and rhubarb spritzer in a menu. I choose the brioche bun – which is the perfect bun for me. Dulf’s created the recipe together with a bakery which makes the bun special.

I was one happy girl. I am so coming back for second!

Reservation: no

Price: good. My small menu with 150 gr patty burger, softdrink and fries costs 11,90 €.

Credit Card accepted?: nope

Did I mention how I love the brioche bun? I do.
