Super easy to make, ultra healthy!
250 gr whole wheat flour
250 gr spelt flour
7 gr salt
14 gr dried yeast
40 ml olive oil
325 ml luke warm water
50 gr sunflower seeds
500 ml warm water for baking
Preheat the oven to 220 degree C Fan / 425 F.
Mix both flour, salt and dried yeast together in a big bowl. Mix
in the olive oil.
Add the water 1/3 at a time. Knead the dough until soft and not sticky (it takes about five to ten minutes).
Cover the dough with a wet kitchen cloth. Let it rest for at least one hour until double in size.
Form the dough into 8 bread rolls. Top them with sunflower seeds or any possible seeds you fancy. Put them on a grid oven shit covered with baking paper.
Fill one metal oven sheet with warm water, place it in the bottom of the oven. It will keep the dough moist while baking.
Bake for 25 Minutes until brown.
