Dip for four people or one very hungry one
150 gr feta
100 gr cream cheese
1 bunch of parsley, chopped
100 gr walnut, crashed into small pieces
2 spring onions, cut into small pieces
1 tsp of chili powder
4 tbsp of olive oil
salt and pepper
Beat the feta and cream cheese using food processor or fork (if you like it rustic). Mixed in the parsley, walnut, spring onions and lime juice.
Add chili powder and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
